Designed by the architectural firm Reyes Ríos + Larraín Arquitectos, alongside Gabriel Konzevik, and built by SIMCA Developments, Querido Tulum is giving experts a lot to talk about since it was launched. Now digital magazine *designboom* has recently published an [article](https://www.designboom.com/architecture/residential-complex-mexico-colored-pink-mi-querido-tulum-reyes-rios-larrain-01-06-2020/) about it.
*designboom* is a world-renowned authority on architecture, art, and design since 1999. The article, published on January 6th, **praised Querido Tulum's quality design and authenticity**, and it also acknowledged that QT fosters a sense of community among residents, something very important at this point.
Querido Tulum's design stands out by honoring some vernacular architectural styles of the Mexican Caribbean region, as you can see in the materials: cement stucco mixed with red pigment, bamboo, wood, and limestone. The result is a pink residential complex, a luxurious highlight among the green Caribbean jungle. The project, we must say, preserved the flora, comprising it into Querido Tulum's architectural design.
The development comprises 25 two-bedroom apartments and 13 penthouses with all modern services and amenities available so that your experience of Tulum's magic will be **the perfect balance between Nature, luxury and comfort**. Here you will enjoy water gardens, as well as a botanical garden, gym, barbecue area, palapa, and a swimming pool.
