Just a few blocks away from the sea and the 5th Ave., **Cruz con Mar**, by SIMCA, is the place where you will find the condo of your dreams, a place to stay in the Mexican Caribbean that will exceed your expectations because of its design, amenities and incredible surroundings: **Playa Mamitas**.

The architectural design of **Cruz con Mar** was planned by Seijo Peón architects. The condos are perfectly balanced between sophistication and the relaxed-beach-vibes of the Caribbean. Besides, Playa Mamitas is located in one of the coolest zones of Playa del Carmen. In the very same area, **many food, cinema and jazz festivals take place regularly all year long**.

**Cruz con Mar comprises 60 condos, either with one, two or three bedrooms** and has great amenities such as a lobby, two swimming pools, a gym, a spa, a sky bar, a business center, a barbecue area and a parking lot. What are you waiting for to find yourself in a place of your own in the Caribbean, which will also surpass your expectations?

Whether you decide to invest in **Cruz con Mar** to enjoy it yourself or because you want to acquire a property that guarantees ROI and capital gains, this is an opportunity to make your dreams come true even in a better way than you have already imagined. **Cruz con Mar’s condos are available immediately**.

When you make up your mind, you can rely, if you want it, on **Happy Address**, our fellow vacation rentals and management company. We can guarantee a **ROI of 8 to 10%**, also, you can leave all the boring stuff to us, and we will manage it.

The Caribbean is waiting for you, **Cruz con Mar** is waiting for you.
