We had to adapt and acquire a new attitude to face the circumstances. For us, it wasn't easy either, but we managed to renew ourselves. In SIMCA Developments, our main objective is to meet the expectations of each of our clients. Today, we want to remember our successes throughout the year. And tell you that in SIMCA Developments, we will always seek to offer the best services for you to continue growing with us.   ### SIMCA Referral Program At the beginning of the year, before the COVID-19 became a global emergency, we began to develop a new system. It had the objective to strengthen the bond with our real estate partners. Therefore, we created a virtual platform to make our real estate offer reachable for more people through our partners. In this way, we reinforce the value chain.   ### SIMCA Opportunities During the pandemic, the global economic situation was stagnant, and the plans of many people dissolved. For this reason, we create a series of **investment opportunities** to grow our clients' capital. We launched a series of special promotions that included discounts, preferential exchange rates, deferred down payment, and additional discounts on our properties. Thus, more people were able to invest and grow, despite the circumstances.   ### SIMCA Life But we not only create programs to boost investment. We also focus on improving the quality of life of our clients. We designed **SIMCA Life**, a program with mindfulness activities that sought to create community and help our clients endure the confinement. This year, we offered a wide variety of conferences and workshops on art, gastronomy, and yoga. We brought specialists with national and international renown like the business strategist Moris Dieck and the grill master Marcelo Aguilar.   ### Hot Deals Finally, we launched a series of promotions so that our clients could close the year by investing in the most exclusive projects in the Riviera Maya: **Hot Deals**, to never stop winning. We offer discounts of up to 25% plus immediate delivery in our luxury apartments in Playa del Carmen and Tulum. It was a great year.
