If you’re in love with golf and willing to live with your family in a private residential area, **Provincia is what you’re looking for**. This exclusive residential area is an improved version of a residential-golf-club. Every member of the family will have fun! Provincia is located at the side of the main road to Progreso in Merida’s new urban development spot. It comprises **8 private clusters with residential lots ranging from 450 to 600 m², and a floodlit 9-hole golf course par 3, for a short round**. There are also courts for other sports such as paddle, tennis, football, as well as swimming pools, gym, and other areas for yoga, spinning, steam and sauna.   ![Provincia Render 2](https://blog.simca.mx/hs-fs/hubfs/Provincia/Provincia%20Render%202.png?width=1200&name=Provincia%20Render%202.png)   There are other amenities to relax and enjoy alongside your family or friends such as an event hall, restaurants, the Hoyo 19 Bar, and the Snack Bar. Children and teenagers will also have a place to relax and have fun: the Kids and Juniors club. Provincia is being developed by the SIMCA family. **It is a smart investment opportunity in one of the areas with the best value added in Merida**, which is regarded as the best Mexican city to live in. Merida provides safety, peace, quality living, and it is currently on a great time thanks to its economic and cultural growth. It is also a city with great traditions, but open to change and evolution.   [![Get to know Provincia here](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/2540778/8ba74fbb-8dd1-46b9-8fee-a1f56f435a9c.png)](https://cta-redirect.hubspot.com/cta/redirect/2540778/8ba74fbb-8dd1-46b9-8fee-a1f56f435a9c) Tags: [simca desarrollos](https://blog.simca.mx/en/tag/simca-desarrollos), [simca](https://blog.simca.mx/en/tag/simca), [real estate investments](https://blog.simca.mx/en/tag/real-estate-investments), [Merida](https://blog.simca.mx/en/tag/merida), [Yucatan](https://blog.simca.mx/en/tag/yucatan), [Provincia](https://blog.simca.mx/en/tag/provincia), [Norte de Mérida](https://blog.simca.mx/en/tag/norte-de-mérida), [Club de Golf Familiar](https://blog.simca.mx/en/tag/club-de-golf-familiar), [Golf](https://blog.simca.mx/en/tag/golf), [Golf Club](https://blog.simca.mx/en/tag/golf-club) [Back](https://blog.simca.mx/en) ## Related posts: ### [Invest in Provincia and Approach Your Passion](https://blog.simca.mx/en/invest-in-provincia-and-approach-your-passion) An excellent place to live is distinguished for offering comfort, tranquility, and harmony.
