That’s why we develop residential projects in areas where value added is already ensured by the infrastructure, so that our clients’ investment will turn out in capital gains for them.   ### Value added Nowadays, SIMCA’s residential developments such as **Jardines de Rejoyada** and **Nortemérida** have become successful stories.
