Published by [SIMCA Desarrollos](https://blog.simca.mx/en/author/simca-desarrollos) on Jan 8, 2019 3:44:26 PM At SIMCA Developments, we are always looking for innovative investment models that don’t put your capital at stake while they guarantee a good ROI. That’s why we released in the Spring of 2017 a new investment model: **Singular Residence Hotels**, **a condotel chain which allows you to acquire your own unit in a luxury hotel**. ![Singular Joy Fachada 1](https://blog.simca.mx/hs-fs/hubfs/Singular%20Joy%20Fachada%201.jpg?width=1200&name=Singular%20Joy%20Fachada%201.jpg) You will have your own place at Playa del Carmen to stay whenever you want to, which you can also rent out when you’re not using it… or even when you’re using it, thanks to the **Lock Off option**, **which allows you to divide your apartment into independent units to use them or rent them out separately**. Investing in a **Singular Residence Hotel** means getting a property in one of the best destinations of the Mexican Caribbean. ![Singular Joy Depto B Sala](https://blog.simca.mx/hs-fs/hubfs/Singular%20Joy%20Depto%20B%20Sala.jpg?width=1200&name=Singular%20Joy%20Depto%20B%20Sala.jpg) **Singular Joy**, our first condotel, has been a great hit since its release, and now it’s sold out. The construction progress has reached 80%. Our clients will be seeing results very soon. Each Singular Residence Hotel unit is completely furnished, equipped and decorated. This is a Turnkey project, which means we deliver each unit ready for you to enjoy it or rent it out. Some of the services and amenities included are the lobby, restaurant, bar and sky bar, rooftop pool and lounge, spa, two elevators, room service and concierge. We offer you now a new opportunity to take advantage of this investment model: **Singular Dream**. **What are you waiting for? Make up your mind and make a safe investment in the Mexican Caribbean**.
