### Discover SINGULAR: one of the most successful developments to invest in the Riviera Maya
Published by [SIMCA Desarrollos](https://blog.simca.mx/en/author/simca-desarrollos) on Sep 8, 2020 3:07:54 PM
SIMCA Developments has validated its success in Mérida with a project that is already 100% sold and in operation: Nortemérida. In a short time, Nortemérida has made the investments, **of those who have trusted us, grow by more than 400%.**
In the Riviera Maya, we are also leaving a mark. SINGULAR JOY is a successful development of the SINGULAR Residence & Hotel chain that has positioned itself as one of the best developments to invest in the Mexican Caribbean.
What SINGULAR is about?
SINGULAR is a business model that allows our investors to acquire a fully furnished apartment where they can **spend their vacations and rent it as a whole** or by rooms when they are away.
This is possible due to the infrastructure of the spaces. The units have a Lock Off system that allows the apartment to be divided into two or three so that each room can be used or rented separately.
The success of SINGULAR JOY
SINGULAR JOY is the first building by SINGULAR. It's located in the best tourist spot in Playa del Carmen and has become a success for our investors. Our first clients, who invested in our 2017 presales, have recovered their investment today thanks to the average hotel occupancy of Playa del Carmen (85-90%), which projects up to a 15% return on investment.
SINGULAR DREAM, a new development to invest
A new investment opportunity is SINGULAR DREAM, the chain's second condominium building with the same business model as its predecessor.
As the owner, you can have a residence in Playa del Carmen at any time you want. When you are away, your property will become a luxury hotel that we will manage for you to rent in its entirety or in separate rooms to guarantee your return on investment.
SINGULAR DREAM is located 100 meters from the sea and 5th Ave, in the trendiest area of Playa del Carmen. It's perfect for those seeking freedom, fun, and nighttime experiences a few steps from the beach. Also, it has ideal amenities to complement the experience: 3 pools with panoramic views, a sky bar, spa, gym, wi-fi, and many more.
Learn more about SINGULAR DREAM and invest in the next success story of SIMCA Developments in the Riviera Maya.
