At the beginning of the year, before the COVID-19 became a global emergency, we began to develop a new system. It had the objective to strengthen the bond with our real estate partners. Therefore, we created a virtual platform to make our real estate offer reachable for more people through our partners. In this way, we reinforce the value chain.
During the pandemic, the global economic situation was stagnant, and the plans of many people dissolved. For this reason, we create a series of investment opportunities to grow our clients' capital.
We launched a series of special promotions that included discounts, preferential exchange rates, deferred down payment, and additional discounts on our properties. Thus, more people were able to invest and grow, despite the circumstances.
