### SIMCA Turns 15 Years Old and We Want to Celebrate!

This year is to celebrate. **SIMCA turns 15 years old**. Now the business project of a group of friends has become what it is today: the biggest real estate company in the southeast of Mexico. Now we can tell that our projects are art pieces for living in, since we take care of all the details and we work with the best architects and designers.
We have a broad experience because we have developed luxury residential areas that have already revolutionized Merida's lifestyle, thanks to their design, amenities, and their location in one of the most value added areas of the city. Then we decided to go further and we headed to the Mayan Riviera.
Our developments in Playa del Carmen and Tulum have been sold out and the owners have gained great ROI thanks to the vacation rentals program we provide through our **Happy Address** company. We have also developed a new business model: Singular Residence Hotels. This business model allows you to own a hotel suite for you to stay in the Mayan Riviera whenever you want to or to rent it out to get a good ROI.
Our developments have been awarded because of their quality, and have been mentioned in many important design and architecture publications. Besides, through all these years we have built a great relationship with real estate agents and brokers, and we keep up a communication channel with them, and this year we are offering the **LOYALTY BONUS**, **which awards more sales with bigger rewards**.
In addition, to provide a better service for you, this year we will open new sales offices in Cancun, Tulum, Playa del Carmen, and Merida, our headquarters.
