Published by [SIMCA Desarrollos](https://blog.simca.mx/en/author/simca-desarrollos) on Apr 12, 2019 12:06:15 PM ![playa del carmen 3](https://blog.simca.mx/hs-fs/hubfs/playa%20del%20carmen%203.jpg?width=1200&name=playa%20del%20carmen%203.jpg)   The Caribbean's turquoise waters and its cosmopolitan lifestyle, among many other reasons, have made **Playa del Carmen one of the most famous tourist destinations in the world**. In recent years, investment in commercial infrastructure and real estate has completed the picture, which is why Playa del Carmen offers guarantees in terms of property appreciation and return on investment to those who decide to make their money work for them.   Did you know that in 2016, **Playa del Carmen's economy grew more than China's** thanks to the boom in the tourism sector? This was due in large part to the good maintenance of tourist services and good rates. Playa del Carmen is the second most dynamic location in Mexico and the one that attracts the most foreign tourists with high purchasing power. Another advantage is its proximity to the Cancun International Airport, so it is very well-connected by land and air.   ![Serenada 2](https://blog.simca.mx/hs-fs/hubfs/Serenada/Serenada%202.jpg?width=1200&name=Serenada%202.jpg)   After the sustained success of the developments SIMCA has built in Playa del Carmen, we now present **Serenada**, an apartment complex in **Siempre Playa Midtown**, the new meeting point in Playa del Carmen. If you're looking for an intelligent and safe way to invest and grow your money, buying an apartment in Serenada is an excellent option since you'll not only have a property with guaranteed appreciation to use whenever you want, but you can also rent it out to generate investment returns of **up to 10% per year**.   [![Learn about our developments through our guided tours program here](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/2540778/d3668fd3-485e-47d8-b1d1-3d2df7216cd4.png)](https://cta-redirect.hubspot.com/cta/redirect/2540778/d3668fd3-485e-47d8-b1d1-3d2df7216cd4) Tags: [simca desarrollos](https://blog.simca.mx/en/tag/simca-desarrollos), [simca](https://blog.simca.mx/en/tag/simca), [playa del carmen](https://blog.simca.mx/en/tag/playa-del-carmen), [real estate investments](https://blog.simca.mx/en/tag/real-estate-investments), [Mayan Riviera](https://blog.simca.mx/en/tag/mayan-riviera), [Tourism](https://blog.simca.mx/en/tag/tourism), [Mexican Caribbean](https://blog.simca.mx/en/tag/mexican-caribbean), [Playa](https://blog.simca.mx/en/tag/playa), [Serenada](https://blog.simca.mx/en/tag/serenada), [Tropical Condos](https://blog.simca.mx/en/tag/tropical-condos) [Back](https://blog.simca.mx/en) ## Related posts: ### [SIMCA's amazing success stories in Playa del Carmen](https://blog.simca.mx/en/simcas-amazing-success-stories-in-playa-del-carmen) At SIMCA Desarrollos, the key elements that make the difference are the passion, innovation and...
