2020 has just begun, and it has already been a great year for Querido Tulum. Just a few weeks ago, Designboom, a leading magazine on architecture and design, featured an article about Querido Tulum. Now, other magazines from Russia, Ukraine, Korea and Italy have also praised SIMCA’s pink jewel in Tulum.

At SIMCA we are very happy and proud because of this great international recognition. We also want to share our pride and gratitude with the team that made all of this possible: the architects Salvador Reyes Ríos, Josefina Larraín Lagos, Gabriel Konzevik Cabib, and Carlos Fleischer Cervantes. They are the geniuses behind the vision of mixing stucco with red pigments, and using bamboo, limestone, and wood resistant to weather and insects. All 38 apartments, ranging from 110 to 220 square meters, are beautifully made of local sustainable materials.
